Structural Vice President
Responsibilities
- Lead or support forensic investigations related to structural failures, damage assessment, and cause/origin studies
- Prepare clear, defensible technical reports and expert opinions
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Complete technical and investigative reports to support forensic findings and prepare materials related to presentations
- Manage and mentor other design team members
- Perform peer reviews and condition assessments, including order of magnitude cost estimating
- Lead and support business development initiatives, including industry presentations and participation at events
- Serve as primary client liaison, managing contracts, scoping, and delivery
Requirements
- Degree (Master’s preferred) in structural engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer and/or SE License required
- Ability and willingness to travel within the US and internationally
- Experience serving as an expert witness preferred
