About the role
Triad Metals International is a privately held, relationship-driven distributor of structural steel, tubing, pipe, piling, and plate serving the United States and Canada. We are seeking a motivated, self-directed Sales Representative to grow existing accounts and develop new business across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: prepare quotes, coordinate orders, track shipments, and resolve post-sale issues.
- Possess strong client relationship skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain and grow relationships with current customers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Prioritize and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel regularly within the territory; based out of the Triad sales office on Neville Island, PA.
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
