Structural Revit Designer

What You'll Do

• Support the design and construction of a variety of new and renovations to existing industrial, manufacturing, data center and other high-tech facilities
• Model structural elements and prepare construction documents including plans, sections, details and relevant schedules
• Utilize Revizto and point clouds for coordination and clash detection
• Cookordination with other design disciplines including BIM team to coordinate structural models with multidiscipline project teams including Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping/Plumbing and Fire Protection
• Receive design inputs, comments and markups from structural engineering leads to update/modify existing structural models
• Utilize and improve structural design standards
• Actively develop technical proficiency in REVIT and structural design practices, while deepening engineering knowledge to enhance design accuracy, efficiency, and constructability

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 2 years of C&S drafting for building or Industrial projects or equal experience
• Experience with Revit Structural & AutoCAD
• A willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines
• Able to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight; prioritize and communicate assignments and escalate issues in a timely manner
• Able to produce (LOD 400) level drawing packages
