Structural Revit Designer
We are seeking a skilled Structural Design professional to join our team as an experienced designer within the structural discipline. The candidate can either be an experienced designer or an engineering graduate.
About the role
This role involves structural design, modeling, drafting, and coordination of structures commonly found in wastewater treatment plants, water treatment plants, dams, pump stations, collection and distribution structures, process buildings, and administration buildings. Additionally, the role includes structural detailing for reinforced concrete, structural masonry, structural steel, structural aluminum, and FRP.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural design and drafting for various infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate and model structural plans for industrial facilities.
- Engage in structural detailing for materials such as reinforced concrete, masonry, steel, aluminum, and FRP.
- Ensure accurate and efficient collaboration on project deliverables.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Structural Design, Drafting, and Coordination.
- Proficiency in Revit (primary) and AutoCAD (secondary).
- Strong skills in structural engineering and calculations.
- Licensed Engineer, PE, Professional Engineer, EIT, EI, or possess a Civil or Structural Engineering Degree.
Qualifications
- Structural Engineering Degree or relevant qualification (preferred, not required).
- Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field (preferred, not required).
- Experience with BIM and project scope in industrial or utilities sectors.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Work Environment
The position is based in a state-of-the-art, multi-story engineering headquarters located near the PNC area. The facility offers a modern and collaborative work environment.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
