About the role
Structural Fitters needed with experience in a manufacturing environment. Work performed in a non-climate controlled shop environment.
Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficient with welding processes
- Exceptional math and measurement skills
- Ability to work with a torch and bevel machining
- Structural Fitting experience: 2–3 years
- Steel‑toed footwear required
Responsibilities
- Fit, cut and tack material
- Prepare welding joints
- Use conventional and measuring instruments
- Finish grinding applications using manual/power tools
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
- 1st shift: 6am – 6pm
- 2nd shift: 4:30pm – 4:30am (shift differential available)
