About the role

We are enthusiastically searching for all levels of Structural Engineers and Designers to join our growing team throughout the southern US. Selected candidates can expect to work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects. Key roles include: Junior level, mid-level and senior level Structural Engineers and Task Leads Structural CAD Designers.

Responsibilities

  • Work on alternative delivery projects, including mega-projects.
  • Design/Build or Alternative Delivery project experience.
  • Experience or interest in developing design packages for bridge design projects.
  • Experience with Bentley Microstation and Open Roads.
  • Familiar with bridge design software, including Bentley Suite, CSiBridge, Midas, PGSuper, MDX, and VBent.
  • Experience in all types of retaining wall design.
  • Experience in all aspects of bridge design, including, but not limited to: Prestressed beams & steel girders superstructure design; concrete multi-column, hammerhead, and straddle bent substructures – conventionally reinforced and post-tensioned; foundation design (using spread footings, drilled shafts, and HPiles).

Requirements

  • Structural CAD Designers: BS Degree or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
  • Junior Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
  • Mid-Level Engineers: BS in Engineering + 6 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.
  • Senior Level Engineers / Task Leads: BS in Engineering + 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or experience.

Qualifications
