About the role

Responsibilities
- Work on diverse projects including water and wastewater treatment facilities, utility and process structures, pump stations and lift stations, industrial and municipal infrastructure, structural rehabilitation and retrofit projects, concrete and steel design, asset assessment and condition evaluations, and large-scale capital improvement programs.
- Lead technical deliverables, interface directly with clients, participate in site investigations, contribute to project strategy, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and develop expertise across multiple project phases.
- Gain visibility into projects from planning and design through construction and implementation due to the firm's collaborative structure.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in structural engineering.
- PE license preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex engineering challenges.
- Experience with structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
