The Opportunity

We are seeking an adaptive and thoughtful Structural Engineer with 4+ years of experience to join our growing Lexington, KY team. This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful career close to home while contributing to innovative structural engineering projects across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Minimum 4 years of structural engineering design experience (project management experience is a plus)
• Proficiency with structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, RAM Structural System, RISA-3D, or similar
• Strong knowledge of applicable building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
• Experience with BIM software such as Revit
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
