Structural Discipline Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural analysis and design across a broad range of projects, including water and wastewater, industrial, buildings, transportation support, and general infrastructure.
- Provide strong technical oversight through preparation and review of calculations, reports, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure quality, consistency, and sound engineering judgment across deliverables and project execution.
- Serve as a go-to resource for complex design challenges, technical problem-solving, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for structural projects and help ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent assignments.
- Cookordination with multidisciplinary teams and regional leadership to align resources, priorities, and project needs.
- Support structural work across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas, helping shape how that work is staffed and delivered as the team grows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE); Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred, with expectation to obtain SE licensure in Oklahoma if not already held.
- 6+ years of structural design experience.
- Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively while helping grow a team and practice.
