Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation of bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation plans, quantities, and design calculations.
- Prepare bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation Plans and quantities and design calculations.
- Perform structural calculations using commercial software and specifications.
- Occasionally conduct bridge inspections and load ratings on local agency structures.
Requirements
- Zero to three years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineer’s License (EIT) preferred.
- Internship experience specifically in structures or rail preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cooperatively in teams.
