Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation of bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation plans, quantities, and design calculations.
- Prepare bridge design documents, including AutoCAD & Microstation Plans and quantities and design calculations.
- Perform structural calculations using commercial software and specifications.
- Occasionally conduct bridge inspections and load ratings on local agency structures.
Requirements
- Zero to three years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license (preferred).
- Internship experience specifically related to structures or rail (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cooperative, team environments.
