We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About the role: The first paragraph after job description: "Seeking a motivated Structural Design Engineer with 4+ years of professional experience to join a growing, collaborative engineering team. In this role, you will perform structural design and analysis for a wide variety of projects, contribute to calculations and documentation, and support efforts from early concept development through construction administration. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, receive mentorship from experienced structural engineers, and have clear opportunities for professional growth within a respected engineering practice that values learning, collaboration, and long-term career development." That's about the role. - Responsibilities: list of duties bullet points. - Requirements / Qualifications: The "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications" sections. Could combine into Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: Essential Skills (list of requirements). Additional Skills & Qualifications (more). Could treat as Requirements (or Qualifications). Also there is a Skills section maybe separate? But we can combine. We have Work Environment description (could be About the role or maybe a separate section like Work Environment but not in allowed headings; we could incorporate into About the role or maybe omit if not matching allowed headings. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should only use those headings. If there is content that doesn't fit, we could incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities etc. Work environment could go under About the role maybe. We have Pay And Benefits section: includes pay range and benefits details. So we need Pay and Benefits sections? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. So we have actual pay range: "$85.00 - $100000.00/hr." That seems odd: $85.00 - $100000.00/hr. Probably a typo but it's specific. We'll include Pay section with that range. Benefits: they list many benefits. So we can have Benefits section. Schedule: The posting mentions hybrid work options: engineers with 2+ years may work from home one day per week, licensed PEs may work from home two days per week, employees choosing permanent remote days. Also "Hybrid work options are available". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. We also have Job Type & Location: "This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR." Could be part of About the role or maybe we could add a separate section? Not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role or maybe a short paragraph under About the role. We also have Application Deadline etc but we must remove application instructions. So drop that. We also have About Actalent etc (boilerplate) - remove. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities, essential skills, additional skills, work environment, benefits, pay, schedule, job type/location. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

  • Alignment with a culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and continuous professional development.
But we might combine Requirements and Additional Skills into one Qualifications section. However the instruction allows Qualifications heading. We could have Requirements and Qualifications separate but maybe better to have Qualifications covering both essential and additional. But we need to preserve all info; we can split into two sections: Requirements (essential) and Qualifications (additional). That's fine. Now Benefits: We have benefits list: medical, dental, vision, hospital insurance options, 401(k), paid time off with vacation and sick time, paid holidays including a half-day on Christmas Eve when it falls on a weekday, discretionary bi-yearly bonuses, access to an upskilling platform, career advising and mapping resources, structured performance reviews with 360 feedback. Also in Pay And Benefits section they list: Medical, dental & vision; Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital; 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available; Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents); Short and long-term disability; Health Spending Account (HSA); Transportation benefits; Employee Assistance Program; Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave). We need to include all. We'll create Benefits section with
list. Pay section: The pay range: "$85.00 - $100000.00/hr." That's weird but we keep as is. Also note: "Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:" That's basically benefits description; we already have benefits. We'll put Pay section with

containing the pay range and note about factors. Schedule section: Hybrid work options: engineers with 2+ years of experience may work from home one day per week, licensed PEs may work from home two days per week, employees choosing their permanent remote days. Also mention hybrid environment earlier. We'll put schedule details. We also have Work Environment description: could be included in About the role or maybe a separate section but not allowed. We'll incorporate into About the role after the initial paragraph. Let's craft About the role paragraph to include: Seeking..., role description, work environment details: The role is based in a well-established structural engineering practice that has operated in the Portland area for over 40 years and is licensed in 45 states. The team includes more than two dozen engineers, several of whom are partners, and works on approximately 1,500–2,000 projects per year ranging from retaining walls to new multifamily developments. The office environment is professional, collaborative, and fast-paced, with a beautiful workspace near Washington Square Mall. Engineers use modern tools and technologies such as Revit and AutoCAD, along with industry-standard codes and design references, to deliver high-quality structural solutions. The culture emphasizes teamwork, a love of learning, and mutual respect, with regular team outings, four employee events per year, and weekly learning lunches where staff solve engineering problems and share knowledge. Hybrid work options are available: engineers with 2+ years of experience may work from home one day per week, and licensed PEs may work from home two days per week, with employees choosing their permanent remote days. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and hospital insurance options, 401(k), paid time off with vacation and sick time, paid holidays including a half-day on Christmas Eve when it falls on a weekday, discretionary bi-yearly bonuses, access to an upskilling platform, career advising and mapping resources, and structured performance reviews with 360 feedback. Opportunities for partnership are available for those who demonstrate strong performance and long-term commitment. But note that benefits and schedule details are duplicated; we might want to avoid duplication. However instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can include them in About the role
