Requirements
Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree or be working towards one in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. They should have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent documentation and organizational skills, and strong computer skills. A positive outlook and a team spirit are also required.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have completed at least one year of coursework towards a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Strong academic performance is preferred.
Skills
Knowledge of construction industry practices, software proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, project management tools), and ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
