Structural Analysis Engineer

Structural Design Analyst supporting the development of agricultural and construction equipment. Key Responsibilities Conduct structural analysis and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to assess loads, stress, and fatigue.Evaluate performance and structural integrity of frames, weldments, and critical components.Ensure designs meet safety, durability, and regulatory/compliance requirements.Collaborate with design, test, and manufacturing teams to convert requirements into optimized, manufacturable structures.Review test data, validate/refine analytical models, and iterate designs based on findings.Continuously improve analysis tools, methods, and standards. Qualifications & Skills Strong foundation in structural mechanics, stress/strain evaluation, and fatigue assessment.Proficiency in FEA/structural analysis workflows and model development.Ability to interpret results, support design decisions, and integrate engineering input across functions.Experience with validating models using test data and improving analysis fidelity.Knowledge of weldment/frame structural design principles and manufacturability considerations.
