STRONG Pilates- Fitness Instructor

About the role

As a STRONG Instructor, you’ll lead unforgettable classes that blend cardio intensity with Pilates control and flow, guided by music, lights, and your presence. You’ll build community, celebrate milestones, and deliver an experience that keeps clients coming back.

Responsibilities

• Lead classes that challenge, transform, and empower clients
• Create a high-performance environment that pushes clients to new limits while keeping it fun, safe, and inclusive
• Coach with intention, providing precise cueing, movement correction, and motivation
• Train through STRONG Academy to master the STRONG method and enhance your coaching
• Build community by knowing your clients and welcoming every new face
• Maintain seamless flow and control from start to finish
• Represent the brand authentically, professionally, and with pride
• Collaborate with your team to drive memberships, support presales, and shape the culture of new studios
• Keep the studio clean and ready for every client

Requirements

• 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience (Pilates, HIIT, cycling, barre, or similar)
• A passion for movement, performance, and people
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire
• Flexibility and reliability

Qualifications

• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer or recognized Pilates certification
• Current CPR & AED certification
