Join the movement redefining fitness across the U.S. As a STRONG Instructor, you'll lead unforgettable classes that blend cardio intensity with Pilates control and flow, powered by music, lights, and your presence. You'll build community, celebrate milestones, and deliver the kind of experience that keeps clients coming back for more.
Responsibilities
- Lead classes that challenge, transform, and empower clients
- Create a high-performance environment that pushes clients to new limits while keeping it fun, safe, and inclusive
- Coach with intention, providing precise cueing, movement correction, and motivation
- Train through STRONG Academy to master the STRONG method, enhance your coaching, and set you up for success
- Build community by learning names, celebrating milestones, and welcoming every new face
- Balance lights, music, and timing while maintaining seamless flow and control from start to finish
- Represent the brand inside and outside the studio with authenticity, professionalism, and pride
- Collaborate and grow with your team to drive memberships, support presale efforts, and shape the culture of new studios
- Keep the studio clean, elevated, and ready for every client
Requirements
6+ months of group fitness teaching experience (Pilates, HIIT, cycling, barre, or similar)
A passion for movement, performance, and people
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire
Flexibility and reliability — you bring the energy, we bring the opportunity
Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer or recognized Pilates certification
Current CPR & AED certification
