Strong Communicators Needed for Airbnb Luxe Home Consultant Project - Tallahassee, US
This role supports Airbnb’s Luxe program as a Home Consultant within a Managed Services program. Consultants conduct in-person home assessments, document property conditions, capture photos, and provide detailed evaluation reports to uphold luxury quality standards. Consultations typically take approximately 2 hours, with variation based on property size. This project operates on an as-needed basis; assignment volume fluctuates and is not guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations
- Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions
- Complete structured assessment reports based on independent expert evaluation using provided guidelines and templates
- Maintain professional and responsive communication and interactions with Hosts
- Coordinate scheduling and availability through MediaBox and email communication
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports following each consultation
Requirements
- Preferred (not required): background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate, or related fields
- Flexible schedule
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned locations
- Own a phone or tablet for completing reports and uploading photos
- Amazing communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Tech-comfortable with stable internet connection for report completion
- Located within 1 hour driving distance from Tallahassee, FL
Compensation
Per-assignment basis. Candidates propose their rate for reviewing and submitting a report for a 1-bedroom home. Average base rates in this region generally fall between $75–$90 for a 1-bedroom property. An additional $5 USD is added for each additional bedroom, up to 8 bedrooms total (properties above 8 bedrooms receive the 8-bedroom rate).
Travel compensation is provided for each day an assessment is conducted, based on the consultant's distance to the assessment location. Additional details on travel compensation, requirements, and procedures will be shared before offers are extended.
