About the Role

We are seeking dedicated educators to fill various teaching and administrative positions across Michigan K-12 schools. These roles are essential in shaping the educational experiences of students and contributing to the success of our school communities.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences.
  • Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities.
  • Assess and record student progress and provide grades and feedback.
  • Manage student behavior in the classroom by establishing and enforcing rules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Participate in departmental and school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other required engagements.
  • Stay current with developments in subject area, teaching resources, and methods.

Requirements

  • Valid Michigan teaching certification or willingness to obtain alternative certification through an approved program.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required for most positions).
  • Demonstrated experience in classroom management and instructional strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable learning environment.
