Responsibilities
- (VBSS/MIO) instruction to SBTs Operations conducted within the Naval Special Warfare surface mobility community.
- Aid in schedule development, curriculum management, and logistical planning throughout the IDTC.
- Aid in liaison support with NSWG4, as well as other Special Operations entities to identify and integrate emerging technologies into the SBT IDTC.
Qualifications
- Must possess a minimum of five years' experience within the last ten years as a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC), with achievement of SWCC Senior qualification in accordance with COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOURINST 3120.3E.
- Applicant's SWCC Senior qualification must not have been removed for administrative or disciplinary reasons.
- Five years' experience as NAVY/NSW Instructor.
- Instructors will support or augment active-duty training cadre with subject matter expertise, echelon IV level combat systems integration efforts, scheduling/planning, and classroom instruction.
- Two years' experience in NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution.
- Familiar with VBSS/MIO Operations, Insert/Extract and Combatant Craft specific SOPs.
