Responsibilities
- Instruction to Special Boat Teams (SBTs) on operations within the Naval Special Warfare surface mobility community.
- Aid in schedule development, curriculum management, and logistical planning throughout the Individualized Development Training Course (IDTC).
- Support liaison efforts with NSWG4 and other Special Operations entities to incorporate emerging technologies into the SBT IDTC.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years’ experience as a Special Warfare Combatant-craft Crewman (SWCC) within the last ten years, with SWCC Senior qualification achieved according to COMNAVSPECWARGRUFOURINST 3120.3E.
- No removal of SWCC Senior qualification for administrative or disciplinary reasons.
- Two years’ experience in NSW Combatant Craft Strike Phase execution.
- Familiarity with VBSS/MIO Operations, Insert/Extract procedures, and Combatant Craft-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
