Strike Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,473 per week

PRIDE Health is hiring a Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist to support a healthcare facility in Danville, Virginia. This is a local contract position for 13 weeks, 40 hours per week. The coverage area includes the City of Danville and Pittsylvania County, VA. Mileage reimbursement is provided. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess patients' functional status, activities of daily living (ADLs), fine motor skills, and home safety needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve patient independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life in the home setting.
• Educate patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members regarding treatment plans, functional limitations, adaptive equipment, and progress toward goals.
• Complete timely documentation, progress notes, reassessments, discharge summaries, and OASIS/CMS-required documentation in accordance with agency policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the State of Virginia
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Current CPR Certification
• Home Health Occupational Therapy experience preferred
• Skilled Home Health experience strongly preferred
