- Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
Skills
- Work with the stretch reflex
- Identify postural and movement limitations
- Correct or mitigate limitations through specific applied stretching sessions
- Reach true maximum potential
- Professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF
- Licence in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work

Stretch Zone provides clients with Flex-ability for Life® by using a proprietary stretching method and a patented stabilization system. Stretch Zone improves client health and wellness by offering a welcoming environment, knowledgeable staff, and comfortable equipment. Our certified stretch practitioners deliver a life-changing stretch experience, providing excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques. We keep clients on schedule with their programs and ensure all team members clean and maintain the store.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques
- Maintain and reinforce the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities
- Offer a balanced system to help customers reach their true maximum potential
- Work with the stretch reflex to correct or mitigate postural and movement limitations
- Advise clients on the best stretching techniques based on their specific needs
- Train new employees in the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM)
