Stretch Practitioner - Exercise Science

About the role

Stretch Zone is seeking motivated, people‑focused professionals with a background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or a related field. The position is hands‑on, supporting members in a wellness environment and delivering individualized assisted‑stretching sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members in alignment with your Stretch Zone Certification.
• Accurately assess members' needs to determine correct protocols.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service daily.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all tables and the studio.
• Assist in contacting members and prospects regularly.

Qualifications

• Degree or background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or a related field.
• Motivated recent graduates seeking hands‑on wellness experience.
• Great customer service skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Desire to help others achieve their lifestyle goals.
• Ability to physically perform assisted‑stretching.

Pay

Hourly range: $17 – $23 (average). Hourly wage increases are available and attainable.

Schedule

• Part‑time to start (20–25 hours per week) with opportunity to increase hours based on studio demand.
• Availability for weekday afternoon/evening shifts (Monday‑Friday) and weekends.
