Stretch Zone is looking for a motivated, friendly, and reliable Part-Time Stretch Practitioner to join our team! At Stretch Zone, we help clients improve flexibility, increase mobility, and enhance their overall well-being through our unique assisted stretching method. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's everyday lives while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Deliver customized, one-on-one assisted stretching sessions.Help clients improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion.Build relationships with clients and provide an outstanding customer experience.Educate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching.Support studio operations, including client check-ins and scheduling.Create a welcoming, positive environment for every client. What We're Looking For A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.Strong communication and customer service skills.Dependability and a willingness to learn.Comfort working with people of different ages and fitness levels.Availability for evening and weekend shifts.Willingness to complete and pass required online training, followed by in-person, hands-on training.Fitness, wellness, personal training, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Training Requirements All new hires must successfully complete and pass the required online training before proceeding to in-person, hands-on training to learn the Stretch Zone method and prepare to work with clients.
