The Stretch Zone® is not a clinic, rehab center, or gym but a practitioner-assisted-stretching studio where people habitually go to keep their Flex-Ability for Life®.

Qualifications

• Minimum prerequisite: Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work
