Stretch and Member Consultant

What You’ll Do

• Conduct first-time stretch experiences and wellness consultations
• Recommend membership programs based on client needs and goals
• Deliver practitioner-assisted stretching sessions using the Stretch Zone Method®
• Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and in-studio outreach
• Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals
• Participate in community events and wellness activations
• Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and referrals
• Maintain a high-energy, professional studio environment

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and prospects
• Comfortable recommending and selling membership-based services
• Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based income
• Experience working in commission-based sales roles
• Background in fitness, wellness, recovery, or mobility
• Exceptional time management skills
• Coachable and open to structured training
• Must have reliable private closed vehicle (e.g., car, truck, SUV)—otherwise do not apply
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

No prior stretching experience required — paid certification provided. All hires receive paid training as a pre-requisite to becoming an employee at Stretch Zone.
