About Us

We are a baseball player development center with about 18,000 sq. ft. of facility space and a large gym. Our commitment is to understanding the human body with a customized approach. The objective is to train and prepare athletes to push their bodies while understanding their limitations to keep them safe.

Our client focus is primarily middle school, high school, and college players aiming to reach the next level—whether D1, D2, or D3 colleges or making a JV or varsity team in high school. We observe small details in form, discipline, and performance to build athletes into better performers. Strength and power generated must convert into reaction time, balance, stability, core strength, lateral movement patterns, and speed (among other results).

We have several former pros on our team and need coaches who can train athletes with a deep understanding of movement patterns, biomechanics, and kinetic chain theories. Our culture serves the obsessive athlete who wants to compete and perform at optimal levels on the field for baseball.

About the Role

We are seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach who can prioritize baseball-focused needs like strength, speed, agility, and mobility while understanding how strength and power play a defining role in athletic development. The ideal candidate will perform fitness assessments, movement screens, design customized training programs, and provide insights on injury prevention. A passion for baseball, movement science, and continuous learning is essential.

Your primary goal is to help clients define their fitness objectives, on-field needs to compete at higher levels, and communicate effectively with players and parents. We track information and create benchmarks to measure progress, so a structured process is important to us.

We offer part-time opportunities that can evolve into a full-time position. Training includes 1:1 privates and small group sessions to meet the customized needs of our clientele.
