Streets Maintenance Supervisor
About the role
The Streets Maintenance Supervisor oversees construction, repair, and daily maintenance of streets, bridges, sidewalks, drainage systems, and traffic control devices. Key responsibilities include leading teams in asphalt repair, pavement preservation, concrete work, pothole maintenance, and dirt-chart assessments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee construction, repair, and daily maintenance of streets, bridges, sidewalks, drainage systems, and traffic control devices.
- Provide direct supervision and support to Operations Technicians and Operations Specialists, ensuring high-quality work, clear communication, and a well-coordinated team.
- Lead with confidence and make a lasting impact on the city’s roadway network.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in related field preferred.
- Minimum of four years' experience in street and traffic maintenance and construction and equipment operation.
- Minimum of one year leads related experience.
- Valid Class "B" Colorado Commercial driver's license and appropriate certifications related to the position.
Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
Skills
Leadership, communication, project management, equipment operation, and safety awareness are essential skills for this role.

Pay
Salary is dependent upon experience, with a hiring range of $36.39 - $40.43 per hour.
