Stream Teams United: Missouri Conservation Corps VISTA
Join the efforts of the newly formed Missouri Conservation Corps in Columbia, Missouri, to help build the reach of their community stewardship projects. Assist with creating volunteer recruitment materials, training volunteers, and reaching new groups with opportunities to improve community green spaces. Help build the capacity of the Missouri Conservation Corps to provide opportunities for low-income youth to participate in hands-on community stewardship activities and expand their programs to serve low-income areas of Columbia.
Member Duties
- Assist the newly formed Missouri Conservation Corps with volunteer recruitment efforts in Columbia, MO for community stewardship of public spaces.
- Expand the reach of Missouri Conservation Corps programs to engage low-income youth in public space restoration projects.
- Extend program services to low-income areas within Columbia.
