Strategy & Transformation Senior Consultant

About the role

Join Deloitte's Finance Transformation group as Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, partnering directly with the CFO and Finance leadership to design and execute the programs that define the future of Finance at Deloitte.

Responsibilities

• Support workstreams within Finance-wide transformations and other strategic Finance Transformation initiatives, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing actionable recommendations
• Create compelling presentations to communicate findings and influence senior Deloitte Finance leadership
• Develop, own, and modify detailed models to conduct analyses and perform other analytical tasks
• Present team findings to senior Finance stakeholders and help implement recommendations
• Build and sustain professional relationships with Finance counterparts across the firm
• Identify leading practices, improve processes, enhance systems, and support realignment of the Finance organization to realize strategic opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance Transformation, Organizational Transformation, or Strategy Consulting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Limited travel required (approximately 10-20%), with the ability to work remotely when not co-locating with team or client stakeholders
• Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

• Prior experience at a big 4 or consulting firm
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions
• Strong executive presence and ability to work with and influence senior leaders
• Detail-oriented with ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions on multiple time-sensitive projects
• Familiarity with utilizing AI tools to increase efficiency across the workstream
