- Support clients in innovating and developing new strategies, services, and products

- Complete small to medium-sized projects and lead teams
- Build internal domain expertise and begin developing market visibility
- Participate in training delivery to share knowledge within the organization
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $79,200 – $222,575. Capgemini provides this range in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. The actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as geographic location, education, certifications, experience, seniority, performance, market conditions, and internal pay equity. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted range. Additional compensation, including variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, may be available depending on the position and applicable laws.
