Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and tracking cross-functional special projects from conception to completion.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize data or market research to support strategic decision-making.
• Design clean slide decks, executive summaries, and progress reports for leadership review.
• Communicate with internal teams to collect status updates, resolve bottlenecks, and track deliverables.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and help build streamlined workflows or templates.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (Business, Communications, Management, or related fields).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with limited supervision.

Pay

Base hourly rate: $20.00
