Strategy/M&A Supply Chain Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engagements related to pre-deal due diligence, integration, and separation services
• Contribute to proposal development and business development by leveraging relationships with C-level executives
• Oversee cross-functional project teams, facilitate workshops, and lead interviews
• Develop and present final project deliverables
• Ensure engagement quality and support staff development

Qualifications & Skills

• At least five years of experience in M&A integration and separation within consulting or corporate strategy, especially in Supply Chain
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
• Experience managing multiple complex M&A initiatives across the full lifecycle
• Strong consulting, analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Operational exposure across HR, IT, Finance, Legal functions
• Able to travel 50%-75%; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
