Strategy & M&A Supply Chain Director

Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading enterprise-wide strategy, integration, and separation initiatives within a consulting advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving as a primary advisor to identify and execute strategic integration, separation, and M&A initiatives.
• Driving business development efforts by targeting senior clients, proposing services, and closing deals.
• Leading cross-functional teams in developing services, conducting interviews, workshops, and industry research.
• Managing the development, review, and presentation of final project deliverables.
• Overseeing engagement quality and mentoring staff to ensure excellence in delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of eight years' experience in M&A integration and separation solutions within a consulting environment, with corporate strategy or development experience as a plus.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
• Experience managing complex initiatives across the M&A lifecycle, with strong relationship skills with senior clients.
• Excellent consulting, analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Operational experience related to supply chain activities is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel extensively; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
