Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant - AI Practice Area

About the role

Our Strategy Insights and Planning teams collaborate with clients to solve complex business challenges using advanced analytics and AI. This role focuses on the AI practice area within Strategy Insights and Planning.

Responsibilities

• Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to clients' business problems
• Aid in structuring and conducting market research and desk research to inform client decisions
• Create custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS’s proprietary software
• Communicate findings to clients and ZS teams through presentations
• Develop and implement AI and digital strategies to drive business outcomes
• Develop business cases with financial and operational models to guide AI investments
• Design AI programs focusing on value, governance, and responsible AI throughout the innovation lifecycle
• Design digital organizations and ways of working
• Guide the development, deployment, and adoption of AI solutions to achieve significant business opportunities for clients
• Collaborate effectively with data scientists and tech teams
• Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant consulting experience
• Healthcare or functional domain expertise or exposure preferred
• Proven ability to integrate AI and strategy
• Passion for emerging technologies
• Strong oral and written communication skills
