Primary Responsibilities

• Support the Chief Strategy Officer and BFC leadership in executing strategic initiatives and high-priority projects
• Aid in financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support business planning
• Analyze and improve current processes, systems, and strategic workflows
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend evaluations
• Identify, research, and help implement innovative solutions to business challenges
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure strategic progress
• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for executive leadership
• Ensure strategic and financial processes are well-documented and organized
• Assist with various management and cross-functional projects as needed

Required Skills & Characteristics

• Driven, versatile, and highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Strong understanding of business and financial principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
