Position Overview: As a Strategy Execution & Change Lead for North America at Schneider Electric, you will play a central role in driving our company's growth by leading the change management and transformation best practices for the Strategy Execution & Transformation team. Leveraging your 7+ years of experience in strategic initiatives, you will be responsible for leading change management implementation for large, cross-BU initiatives and overseeing the expansion of Transformation as a Service to ensure alignment with our strategic goals and deliver measurable value creation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, leveraging your expertise to develop recommendations that will accelerate our enterprise growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Effective C-Level Communication: Articulate complex insights, strategies, and recommendations clearly and effectively to executive leadership. Prepare and deliver clear, persuasive presentations that drive towards actionable decisions. Advise, influence, and challenge senior leadership around strategic frameworks.Quarterly Business Reviews: Organize and facilitate quarterly business reviews with executive leadership to align on large strategic transformations, assess performance, identify opportunities.Transformation as a Service & Change Management Capabilities: Deploy a repeatable and consistent approach to managing all transformation initiatives through improved resource allocation, renewed focus on value creation, improved mastery of transformation execution, and end-to-end transformation leadership.Stakeholder Engagement: Develop multi-level change management plans and partner with stakeholders to ensure adoption. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout all levels and understand the needs of the business. Develop communication and engagement plans by stakeholder group.Orchestrating and Facilitating: Provide direction to cross-functional teams and foster collaboration among team members by leveraging business execution and strategic planning experience. Facilitate decision making and gain consensus on key strategic initiatives. Ensure realization of program objectives by driving project timelines and deliverables against defined KPIs.Strategic Roadmap Design: Leverage comprehensive insights to provide execution recommendations to executive leadership. Translate insights into achievable, time-based implementation roadmaps for business units throughout the organization.Operating Model Design: Support the team in developing robust operating models related to transformation projects. Develop recommendations and plans on how to operationalize and implement sustainable transformations throughout the organization. Key Competencies: Strategic Program Management: Proven experience in leading and managing high priority programs, meeting deadlines, designing strategic roadmaps, and coaching junior team members.Exceptional Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying complex ideas clearly.Advanced Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in the face of intricate challenges.Expert Facilitation: Skilled in orchestrating and leading meetings, workshops, and customer interactions.Execution Leadership: Ability to design and develop program implementation plans and influence stakeholders throughout the organization to adopt. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or equivalent experience in related fields (advanced degree such as an MBA preferred).7+ years of experience in change management, corporate strategy, business operations, or digital transformation.Proven track record in operations, strategy, and implementing large strategic transformations.Exceptional leadership and critical thinking, problem solving capabilities.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to travel up to 20% of the time. For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 142,400 - USD 213,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
