Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of eight years' experience in strategy consulting, including at least three post-MBA years, preferably with deep industry knowledge in Industrial Markets such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Metals
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration preferred
- Expertise in strategic growth, operational improvement, M&A, or related areas
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and travel as needed
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
