Strategy & Corporate Development Senior Analyst or Consultant
About the role
The Strategy & Corporate Development Senior Analyst/Consultant serves as a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex financial analysis and strategic evaluation in support of enterprise growth initiatives. This role supports mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and other corporate development activities critical to long-term business strategy. In addition, the role will assist in execution of efficiency, productivity, and cost savings initiatives.
Day to Day
- Conduct complex financial and strategic analysis to support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), accretion analysis, scenario analysis, and sensitivity modeling
- Maintain and continuously refresh a strategic target list through internal research and market screening
- Evaluate investment opportunities using established financial and risk-based frameworks
- Absess efficiency and cost saving initiatives for operational and financial viability
- Lead transaction diligence and execution, coordinating with external advisors
- Prepare and deliver analysis and materials to support executive leadership and investment decision-making
- Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and associated risks
- Partner with business leaders and IT to identify and capture savings opportunities through AI and automation
- Contribute to standardized tools, models, and frameworks to improve corporate development processes

Physical, Environmental & Scheduling Requirements
Hybrid office environment with standard business hours. Occasional travel may be required.
