Strategy Consultant in Operations and High Performance Organization

About the role

Porsche Consulting has ambitious growth targets. To strengthen our team in Milan, we are looking for excellent Strategy Consultants in Operations and High Performance Organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international interdisciplinary teams at customer's site with a focus on transforming their operations and obtaining a customer competitive advantage
• Guide our clients with innovative ideas to increase the performance of production processes and logistics, reduce processes costs and improve the client's customer satisfaction
• Link operations improvements to client's strategic targets and drive the change through implemented measurable results
• Leverage Digital Tools and Industry 4.0 Use Cases as enablers of a superior performance in the operations

Qualifications

• 4 or more years of experience in production management of multinational companies, preferable in industrial goods or consumer goods sectors
• Experience in leading directly resources
• Successfully completed degree in Engineering or an equivalent education, MBA is a preferred requirement
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Big Picture understanding, entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm for changes
• Language proficiency in Italian and English, German is a plus
• Full willingness to travel (80% of the work time at customers' site)
