What You'll Do

• Play a key role in positioning Purpose Financial to deliver on its Executive Strategy
• Align the organization towards common objectives
• Monitor and communicate strategic outcomes
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve alignment and delivery of key initiatives with measurable milestones/success metrics
• Evolve and execute effective governance and corporate strategy to ensure completion of strategic initiatives and priorities in pursuit of delivering business outcomes aligned with a 3-year strategic plan

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience in strategy or strategic program performance management in a cross-functional environment (financial services industry preferred)
• 3+ years of strategic planning and performance management experience
• 3+ years of strategic project management and governance experience, including tracking projects and communicating progress to senior management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and visualization required (Tableau preferred)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to interpret data insights, identify opportunities, and influence changes at all levels
• Exceptional leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills with ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to executive management
• Ability to connect and facilitate multiple people/functions toward a common outcome
• Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Understanding of technology and operations, particularly in consumer financial operations (in-depth understanding of financial services preferred)

• Travel: Up to 20% depending on business needs
