As a Card Associate in our Strategy and Rewards team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences through innovative card offerings and rewards programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for card products and rewards programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and technology to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform strategic decisions
• Communicate strategy updates and insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in strategy development or similar role
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications
