About the role
This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the SVP of Strategy to launch new initiatives aligning with company goals
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for strategic insights
- Develop project plans with timelines and resource allocation
- Partner with senior executives to create AI roadmaps based on their operations and goals
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance client outcomes
Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or operational roles at high-growth startups
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and making strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Autonomous worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Practical problem-solver with execution capability
- Relentless hands-on approach to tasks
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4-5 days a week

Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 annually
