Strategy and Operations Intern

What You'll Do

• Coverage of market research and competitive analysis to assess emerging trends, market opportunities, and competitive dynamics
• Analyze internal and external data to identify insights, quantify opportunities, and validate strategic recommendations
• Structure and manage project plans for assigned initiatives, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines remain on track
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to gather inputs, test assumptions, and refine strategic recommendations
• Build presentations and communicate findings to stakeholders, helping to inform recommendations for senior leadership
• Support operational improvement initiatives that increase organizational effectiveness and scalability
• Evaluate and define business processes, workflows, reporting needs, and operating models to support future growth

What You Bring

• 3-5+ years experience in consulting, strategy, startups, technology, healthcare, finance, operations, or education (preferred but not required)
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program, completed an MBA, or planning to begin an MBA in the near future (non-MBA candidates with relevant operator experience welcome to apply)
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and intellectual curiosity; proactively seeks answers to complex problems, with the ability to bring actionable, clear steps to ambiguity
• Combines confidence in independent-problem-solving with the humility to seek input, challenge assumptions, and refine recommendations
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
• Motivated by opportunities to make a meaningful impact on student well-being, success, and outcomes
