Strategy and Operations Consultant

About the role

Our Strategy and Operations consultants work with clients at all levels of the organization, from the C-suite to the shop floor, helping them to deliver on their most strategic initiatives. We excel in understanding complex programs and strategic initiatives and breaking them into actionable pieces. We work across a variety of industries and business functions and provide depth and breadth of experience across a set of core capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand and solve real business problems
• Present business cases and strategies to the C-Suite
• Conduct assessments in different areas to map current state and future aspirations
• Identify and address root causes of operational and strategic issues
• Lead process improvement initiatives, including current state and future state documentation, gap analysis, and plan creation
• Support post-merger integration activities, including establishing an Integration Management Office and leading activities
• Contribute to growing the business through various roles such as business development, interviewing candidates, managing internal initiatives, and organizing trainings

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree
• 8+ years professional experience
• Experience across our service offerings

Pay

This range below is an estimate depending on location, hours, operational needs, education, training, skills, and experience. This job may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. SEI provides a variety of benefits to employees, including:
