About the role
This role reports into the Chief of Staff and is foundational for the operating team as OneTrack scales. It involves working on the most important, ambiguous, and cross-cutting problems facing the company, ranging from GTM motions to brand campaigns to internal workflows.
Responsibilities
- Flex across the company’s highest-priority initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to scope, plan, and execute work spanning go-to-market, marketing, communications, employee experience, and internal operations.
- Analyze, build, and repeat to turn strategic ideas into operational reality.
- Stand up new processes, launch campaigns, design programs, and ship internal tools.
- Reinvent corporate processes with AI.
- Drive GTM and marketing initiatives, including supporting sales motions, campaign launches, content production, and external communications.
- Shape the very best employee experience, including developing development programs, designing rituals, supporting recruiting, and owning the everyday details that make the team feel like a team.
- Innovate with permission, identifying gaps, proposing fixes, and going after solutions.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in an environment that demanded breadth, ownership, and pace.
- Flawless written and verbal communication skills.
- Sharp instincts for prioritization and judgment on what matters most.
- Experience with modern AI tools and a point of view on how agents and automation can change how companies operate.
- Creative, resourceful, and comfortable starting from a blank page.
- A bias toward action and a strong work ethic.
- Genuine excitement about warehouses, logistics, and physical operations.
Benefits
Compensation is commensurate with experience and is estimated to range from $110,000 to $130,000. The role is eligible for a performance-based cash bonus and equity awards.
