Strategy and Finance Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Analysis
• Refresh monthly operational dashboards for ambulatory service lines
• Field all data related questions from leadership
• Analytical Consultation
• Support reporting and extract projects
• Formulate methodology, establish data requirements, identify consumer deliverables, and determine tasks and timing
• Reports & Dashboards
• Develop and run reports, extracts, and dashboards as requested within the ambulatory enterprise
• Provide information to help improve operations and system performance
• Maintain a working knowledge of the data structure to report findings accurately and efficiently
• Create appropriate documentation that allows team members and other stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis and or replicate the analysis if necessary
• Market Analysis
• Execute analyses, communicate trends, patterns and make the results accessible and relevant to a wide variety of consumers
• Develop tools for operational leaders to capitalize on revenue and cost saving opportunities
• Partnerships
• Work with cross organizational teams to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop ambulatory key performance indicator targets

Qualifications

• Education
• Bachelor degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or other related field
• Experience
• 2+ years of work experience in a related position
