Strategy and Business Process Analyst (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Developing dashboards and reporting capabilities to support the CLS Business line, including Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Providing regular reports and analyses on topics central to Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Improving business processes by analyzing complex datasets, creating compelling visualizations to communicate insights effectively, and translating into clear actionable recommendations
- Supporting strategic projects with analytical support to drive data-driven decisions that improve business outcomes, requiring broad analyses crossing functional boundaries including supply chain, commercial, service, marketing, and finance
- Driving data governance across IBP; ensuring a single set of numbers across all forums
- Engaging cross-functionally to identify, collate, and integrate data sources that provide insights to drive business line strategy and enable scenario planning
- Fulfilling ad-hoc requests in support of Integrated Business Planning, Strategic Projects, and other key business processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related fields
- 3-5 years of experience working cross-functionally in data analysis, business intelligence or IBP/S&OP environments
- High proficiency in SQL, Excel (PowerQuery/PowerPivot) and data visualization tools (PowerBI)
- Highly organized, with analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to utilize operational and business acumen to frame problems and structure analyses
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively present ideas and recommendations to diverse audiences
- Able to collaborate in a team environment and across functional boundaries
- Able to work independently and be self-motivated
- Willing to travel as necessary and appropriate, including internationally
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a regulated / FDA environment
- Prior experience working in a large, matrixed organization
- Familiarity with Python/R, databases (e.g. Snowflake), ERP systems (e.g. SAP), IBP Platforms (e.g. Kinaxis)

Pay
The Base Pay Range For This Position Is $89,220 - $122,683 Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
