Strategy Analyst/Associate

For our client, we are seeking a Strategy Analyst/Associate to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will help shape strategic decisions by combining market research, competitive intelligence, and financial analysis to evaluate growth opportunities. The position partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, diligence efforts, and potential partnerships. The ideal candidate will translate complex data into clear insights and presentations that inform business priorities and investment decisions. It is well suited to a highly analytical professional who can manage multiple projects, synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs, and contribute to strategy execution in a fast-moving scientific environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $128,000 – $185,000 annually Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to evaluate growth opportunities. Execute primary research to assess market opportunities and support product planning. Collect insights from multiple sources to strengthen competitive intelligence. Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable insights. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management that articulate key findings and strategies. Build financial models to assess the feasibility of strategic projects, including M&A. Support planning and execution of strategic projects across functions and drive stakeholder alignment. Assist in diligence projects for potential partnerships and synthesize findings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in STEM; advanced degree preferred. 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, preferably in pharma or medical devices. Exceptional analytical skills for structuring business problems and developing solutions. Experience executing primary and secondary market research independently. Highly advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; AI proficiency is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear, professional presentations. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Intellectual curiosity in both technology and business. Proactive mindset with attention to detail.
