About the role
The Strategic Technical Marketing Manager at Littelfuse is responsible for leading strategy and execution in industrial applications, including healthcare, aerospace, defense, space, robotics, industrial and home automation. This role involves enabling cross-functional success by partnering with Sales, Product Management, Field Application Engineers, and Marketing to align strategy, execution, and customer engagement. The manager translates customer roadmaps and application needs into system-level product requirements, influencing product roadmaps across Littelfuse business units and supporting sales/FAE effectiveness through training and strategic engagement.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and design-win funnel across various industrial vertical markets
- Translate application needs into application-specific product requirements
- Influence product roadmaps across Littelfuse business units
- Support sales/FAE effectiveness through training and strategic engagement
- Track key trends in the segment and report to executive team
- Deliver technical marketing content and lead competitive positioning
- Cross-functionally execute globally
- Coordinate tradeshow promotion materials and demos
Requirements
- BSEE or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of application or system engineering experience
- 5+ years in medical devices, industrial electronics, aeronautical electronics, or related semiconductor devices
- Prior roles as marketing manager, product managers, application engineers, or similar
- Proactive mindset with a can-do and collaborative attitude
- Prior customer engagement experience
- Good understanding of system-level electrical architectures
- Experience with product definition and customer technical engagement
- Global collaboration and cross-functional leadership skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (10-20%)
- Strong industry connections across customers and all ecosystem
